BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS
APRIL 12, 1994 7:30 P.M.

94-01 Kukes 401 E. 5th
Application fees were paid, advertisements were put in the Outlook
and all neighbors within 300 feet were notified of the Kukes'
intent. No protests were received.
The Kukes' were not present due to a family emergency. Alex
Bertram was present representing them.
The Kukes want to tear down their garage and replace it with a new,
larger garage. They would like to build it in the same spot, which
is located in the required setbacks. They are asking for a
continuation of anon-conforming use.
Cal stated that by the Kukes' removing the garage and replacing it
with a new garage the property values will be enhanced. He sees no
problem in granting the variance.
Motion by Bob Western, seconded by Marvin Carter,
variance for the continuation of a non-conforming
garage at 401 E. 5th Street. Motion carried 4--0.
