MEMBERS PRESENT: Andy Muri John Goodman Bruce Teeters Marvin Carter OTHERS PRESENT: Cal Cumin Cheryll Lund Jim Worthington Bob Rider FILE #95-03- DAVID SCHREINER Fee was paid. Legal ad appeared in the Laurel Outlook two times on 10/25/95 and 11/1/95. No protests received. Received two verbal statements in favor of the proposed variance. (Nicola Perrigo of 420 Maple and Bob Rider of 103 S. 4th) Applicant is asking for less than the minimum required lot size of 6,000 square feet to separate two lots going east and west into two lots with the property line going north and south. Lots will be 5409.6 square feet. Property is zoned residential multi-family. Legal description of the property is Lots 4 and 5, Block 27 of East Yellowstone Subdivision. The reason for asking for this variance is so that the property can be broken into two separate pieces and then sold. Question was raised on where the sewer and water lines run. Jim Worthington states that the two houses have separate water meters, but he is not sure about where the sewer line runs, and if it services one or both of the houses. The sewer and water line issue will be studied and a proposal made when the plat goes before the Planning Board in the near future. Motion by Marvin Carter, seconded by Bruce Teeters, that the application for variance by David Schreiner be approved as written. Motion carried with all 4 members present voting in favor. The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m. Respectfully submitted, ~-L~retary CITY OF LAUREL BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT LAUREL, MONTANA 59044 WHEREAS, an application for variance was filed with this Board by C~7~¢~ch~L~ , on the ((~ day of ~~ , 19~, being designated to be file No. ~[-0~ WHEREAS, after due and legal notice of the application was given pursuant to law, and a hearing on the same was held before the Board at its meeting on the ~ ~ day of ~,~!o~ , 1995; and, WHEREAS, after full consideration of the same by the Board at the said meeting, it was moved by ~r~ ~,'~ , seconded by , to g~a~t~deny the application for variance; and the said motion wa~.~sed~denzed~, by a vote of ~ in favor and ~ opposed.
