A quorum (3 or more) present The following action was taken by
the committee:
HEART MONITORS: These have been pulled out of the rigs
because of insufficient training on these devices and will
remain out until training is received. Program to be State
offered at a later date.
Chloe Ann Kaelberer is Assistant Director only and not working
as an attendant.
Base Rate: Sharon discussed what medicare feels should
be included. Possibly need to increase base rate which
is presently $85 -- has to be done by July 1st. Pat Metzger
will check around with other locations on different rates
and the cost of a run and materials.
Received 1986 State License - $35.00.
No one but attendants in back of ambulance while on the
roll -- anyone (1) must sit in passenger seat if accompanying
patient if our liability insurance covers this.
Dale Sanford would like to set up an EMT Committee consisting
of doctor, EMT, nurse to provide training and re-certification
for EMTs. Dale will attend our meeting in March for more
information.
Meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
Next meeting will be March llth at 5:30 p.m.
