COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 oP mope) pPesent the following action was taken by
the eommlttee:
Discussed displinary action that will be taken when a problem
comes up that is not covered by ambulance by-laws such as
driving violations where each case is different:
a)
Each case will be handled by Ambulance Committee
who has the right to use outside assistance if
necessary.
b) If person involved is not satisfied with decision
of Ambulance Committee they can appeal the decision.
Uniform coats are to be worn while on "on call" status only
with failure to comply resulting in a letter of disciplinary
action.
Will check on name patches that can be sewn on the coats
as have had a problem in the past with name tags being lost
while on a call.
If ambulance is going to meet ALS at the scales they should
have dispatcher notify the scales that the ambulance will
be coming in.
Will be meeting with Park City in March. to set up a written
mutual aid agreement between the two services.
Meeting adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
