Board Meeting Minutes
The Meeting was held on December 12, 2018 at Fowl Play. In attendance were: Executive Board
Members: President- Carrie Smith, Treasurer- Sandy Reese and Executive Secretary- Camilla Nelson.
Directors: Katie Whitmoyer, Patsy Woody, Lori Hodges, Beth Hoferer and Brent Renier. Members: Megan
Cutting, Evan Bruce and Amanda Powell
Carrie called the meeting to order.
The minutes were reviewed: Katie motioned that the minutes be approved, Lori 2nd, minutes were approved
Bills to be presented for payment:
0 Lions Club Sign- $50 Evan motioned to pay for the sign, Lori 2r1d, approved
Old BUSINESS
• Vote for new board members- Ballots were passed out and Board members voted
• Amanda Powell- Laurel Health & Rehab
• Carrie Smith- Beartooth Tax & Consulting
• Evan Bruce- Laurel Outlook
• Megan Cutting- Town & Country
• Vote for new executive board members- Amanda Powell- President, Chase Anderson- VP, Evan
Bruce- Treasurer, Brent motioned, Katie 2nd, it was approved
• Decorations- meet at the boxcar 8am on the 6th,
• Holiday Open House- Dec 20th 5-7 pm
NEW BUSINESS
0 New Members- First Congregational Church and Coburn Tax
0 Annual Meeting -
Can we borrow the projector from the school? - Lori said to pick up the day before
Need volunteers to take stuff to golf course- Katie, Megan& Beth said they could help
Baskets needed for raffle items- if you have any we would love them
Donations- we can pick up or you can drop off at the Chamber
0 4t" of July Run- 6th ST will be closed for construction; we will need to figure out
somewhere else to start the run. Amanda mentioned that we use to start at the HS
0 track; Cami will look into this as an option.
