COUNCIL i JANUARY 2,2019.
WHEREAS, City Council meetings of the Laurel City Council are scheduled for
the first and third Tuesdays of each month; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has the discretion to reset meetings due to conflicts
that arise pursuant to LMC 2.10.030; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is in the City's best interest to
change the date of the City Council scheduled for January 1, 2019, to January 2, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, the City Council meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana currently scheduled for Tuesday, January 1, 2019, is hereby reset to Wednesday,
January 2, 2019. Notice of the change shall be posted at City Hall and sent to the Laurel
Outlook.
Introduced at a meeting of the City Council on December 4, 2018, by Council Member
Mountsier.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, this 4"' day
of December 2018.
