a. Approval ofthe previous minutes was approved

a. MannerUodate-]udvinformedthemmmittee that there was anapplicant that was being
looked at but that person has since informed the City that they are no interested in the position.
Judy stated that the City will be looking to advertise for the position again.

6. Announcements
a. ASpecial Review will take place atthe next meeting.
b. Forrest informed the committee that he has a pre -application meeting coming up and a final
plat isalso coming upsoon.
C. Aquestion was asked about Regal Community Park and the apartments onWest 1"Street.
Forrest indicated that both are being worked on and will be completed inthe future.
7. Adjournment was called for by Judy and approved by the committee at 10:12am.
