OTHER'S PRESENT:
A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
We have received our 1988 State license.
We passed our state inspection held April 22, 1988.
We have been contacted by Rawlins, Wy. Ambulance, wanting to know
if we would be interested in selling our life-pak heart monitor.
We decided against selling the monitor, as it will be used once
proper training is obtained by the attendants.
We would like to hire Cheryl Marshall as a part-time attendant.
Motion passed 5-0.
We would like to hire Patricia Morrison as a part-time attendant.
Motion passed 5-0.
We would like to authorize Debra Schwenneker to ride as a 3rd
person. Motion passed 5-0.
A discussion was held regarding the selling of yearly subscriptions
for ambulance service.
Pat Metzger will be resigning from Director position effective
August 1, 1988. We would like a council decision as to if this
position should be advertised, or remain within the service.
The next meeting will be scheduled as needed.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 P.M.
