The Meeting was held on June 14, 2018 at Sid's. In attendance were: Executive Board Members:
President- Carrie Smith, Treasurer- Sandy Reese and executive secretary- Marcia Hafher and Chamber
Assistant Camilla Nelson. Directors: Beth Hoferer, Patsy Woody, Renee Studiner, Bruce Larson, and Katie
Whitmoyer Members: Evan Bruce.
Carrie called the meeting to order.

Bills to be oresented for payment: done to date
Old BUSINESS
• July 4th- Finalized volunteers, sheet was passed around for members to sign up. We are still
accepting crafter, and parade registration. Run signups are a little low this year.
• By-laws- Did everyone get their copy that was emailed? YES
New BUSINESS

• Culligan Water- Has not set a date yet
• MasterLube- Would like to do a ribbon cutting for the carwash later in June
OPEN FORUM
0 Coffee with Councillperson- Next one will be July 161�1 with the Mayor, location and time TBA
