Board Meeting Minutes
The Meeting was held on January 11, 2Q18 at Sid's. In attendance were: Executive Board Members:
President-Carrie Smith,Vice President-Chase Anderson, Treasurer-Sandy Reese and executive
secretary- Marcia Hafier and Chamber Assistant Camiila Nelson. Directors: Beth Haferer, Patsy Woody,
Brent Renier, Bruce Larson, Katie WFtirtmayer, Rager Neimbigner, Members: Mary Lau Batalden, Evan Bruoe,
Lori Hodges.
Carrie called the meeting to arder.

Bills to be nresented for �yment: ne to date
Chase mationed that we move Altana CD to 27 month with 2.1%interest when it tums over. Mary Lou 2"d.

• New Board-Falders handed out wi#h-Contact infa, committees,and signatures. Lori Haiges w'rH
take aver representing the Laurel Schoal District.

• Chiropractic F'irst of Laurel-January 12, Friday at 4:30pm-Open house.

• 5chool District - Lori Hodges spoke about Graduation Matters, and wants to give a little
speech at the Annual meeting, Katie moved to have her speak at the Annual meeting,
Mary Lou 2n�, approved.
• 5tate Track- Roger gave an update that State Track will be in Laurel May 25-26t'', Billings
Chamber gave $3,500. He asked if we wauld want to help with giving brachure� etc. from
business. It was aiso discussed abaut getting coupans from local busirtess for the bags.
