Thank you for your interest in the Public Works Committee.
DEPARTMENT
At the regular Laurel City Council meeting on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, the
Council approved your appointment.
The next scheduled Public Works Committee meeting is on Monday, February
22nd, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Please note that this
committee meets on the third Monday of the month, February 19d' is a Federal
Holiday, so the meeting will be moved to the 22nd of February. Please also note
that this committee had a very long meeting in January and may not have
additional information to bring forward, in this event the meeting will be
canceled. Please provide your email address to the Council Secretary at
bmoormanLa. laurel. mt.gov. If you do not have an email address, please inform
her so the Park Board agendas can be mailed to you.

Mayor Nelson—I am responding to the ad in the Laurel newspaper regarding City Board applications. I recently
moved to Laurel from Red Lodge where I have been a Councilman and Mayor for many years. I am familiar with
all aspects of Public Works, water and sewer being my favorite items. I am curious about committees outside of
the Council members, not having that in Red Lodge. If you think my services can be used by Laurel you can
