APPROVAI QF MlNUI'ES FROM PREVIQUS MEETlNGS: A moiion was made by Qan Koch and seconded
by Jerry WiUiams to apprave the minutes of the November 2nd, 2(l17 meeting. The mc�tir�n carried t�y a
vofe of S-0.
New Business:Discussion-Planning Board Goals
City of Planner Noei Eaton stated she will be moving to Austin Texas in the next few months and I wii! be
departing from the Gty af taurel and Yellowstone County. Noei wili start training Ray EzeU, Buiiding
Official, to transition inta the Pianning Director positian.
Nctel stated the Planning Bc�ard should be looking into new projects they want to star#for instanr.e the
Zoning chapte�shauld be updated.The subdivisian regulatit�ns were just updated by Monica and need
just s��nor legislative changes_
There was discussion about prior subdivi$ions and developments throughout the City such as the Rega!
Community Park. j
Old Business:Zoning and Subdivision Regulations �
City Planner, Noel Eatan asked wha else needed a Zoning and Subdivision packet. Rager needs both and '
Judy needs Subdivision Regulatians. Noel will print off the appendiees from the 5ubdivision reguiations
and hand them aut at ihe n�xt meeting.
Noel stated the Rivers Edge Industrial Park has filed for final piat with the County Cammissianers.
N�e!stated she wauld like to implement the Zoning Cc�mpliance farm she created.St�e wants a$50 fee.
She has to wait until#he fee schedule comes out.There is na uray ofi regulating what is buitt in the
zoning jurisdiction but outside oF the City limits.

Oan asked who the new Mayor would be. Noel stated the City is stili una�aare of who would officially
take the position.She encouraged the board to stay involved with what is happening in the Gty and this
Mayor race.
PUBLIC COMMENT ON NON-AGENDA TOPICS: There was no public wishing to speak.
AD1t?URNMENT: A mation ta adjourn was made by Roger Giese and seconded by Jon Kiasna.The
motion passed. The meeting was adjourned at 10:35am.
