Old Business
The job descriptions for Technology Trainer and Library Clerk have been updated and approved
by CAO Heidi Jenson. The most changes were made to the Tech Trainer description. The old job
description was written while the BTOP grant was paying the wages for the employee. Now that
the wages come from the City the job description needed to reflect the work done at the local
level not state or national levels. The Clerlposition was updated to refleet the changes in how
the library serves its patrons now rather than a decade ago.
Yoga classes presented by Jessica Moore have been very popular. She has about 8 students on
average each week. Jessica is paying the $3 per hour fee for use of the community room space. If
there is enaugh interest the classes may continue after Christmas.
New Business
Patti will be leaving the library December 13, 2017. We will have farewell celebration for her at
2:00 pm on the 13'to wish her well. Everyone is welcome to stop by and give her their wishes
before she leaves at 3:00 pm. Mike has expressed an interest in taking Patti's position. If nobody
else turns in an application he will be selected for the position. .
