Dixie seconded the motion. Motion passed. Correspondence Governor Bullock sent a letter to the Director thanking her for submutting the Public Library Standards 2017 Certification Form as required by ARM. Even�hough we meet a11 the standards, the library will not be receiving state aid as expressed in the completion of the Standazds because of signi�icant budget cuts far the year. "There were 49 tech assists in flctaber. Uld Business Arthur and Dixie attended the Fa11 Retreat in Chico with Nancy. They attended sessions entitled: I�etping Patro�s set Parent�i Contr�ls; Essentiat Services of the Mantana State Library; Develaping Dynamic Leadership for Yaur Library; Crucial Canversatians; and listened to a presentation by Mike Rosekrans on Yellawstane Grizzly Bears. All sessians were very infarmational and relevant to aur library. Patti's last day at the library will be Wednesday, December 13�'. New Basiness Nancy presented updated job descriptions for Board approval. The pvsition of Technology Trainer/IT Specialist was app�oved as written with Dixi.e motioning far approval and Samantha seconding the motion,passed. The Library Clerk job description was alsa updated. Clair motioned that the position be appraved as updated, Samantha seconded the mation,passed. The updated jab descriptians will be sent ta the CAO for fina.l approval. After the Montana Shared Catalag meeting last manth,new contracts were sent aut for appraval and si�natures. The contract basically stayed the saine but some of the phrases were updated ar changed. Nancy stated that she signed her copy of the contract and sent it to Helena for final approval. Jessica Moore has asked for permission ta hold yoga classes at the library. T'hey will be open to everyone that would like ta join for a fee. Jessica is paying the $3.00 per hour to use the community room as the policy states. Classes will be Mondays,November 20�'through December 18�'far Intro to Yoga Part 2, 6:OOpm—7:15 pm and Thurrsdays,November 30�' through December 28�'6:00 prn—7:00 pm for Intro to Yoga. There are no conflicts with these classes. The library statistics have been completed for another year.Nancy submitted her final counts on Monday, 4ctober 30'�. Once the State Library checks and confirms the totais these numbers wi11 be available as general information to the public.
