APPROVAL OF MINUTES FRC►M RREVtQUS MEETINGS: A mation was made by Jerry Wi!liams and
seconded by Jon Kiasna ta approve the minutes nf the October S`h,2417 rneeting. The rnotion carried
by a vote of 5-0.
New Business
Old Business:Zoning and Suladivision Regulations
City Planner, Noei Eatan presented packets of the Zoning Regulations(Biack)and Subdivision
Regulations{White}to the new board mernbers.Dan requested one of each packets and I.ee and ludy
need an updated Subdiv;sion Regulatian packet.
Plt�e{asked the board members to start looking through the za�ing regulations for errors,deficienties
ant! possible changes ts�the various sections of the Zonrng Chapter. Noel mentioned a few af the
sections have been updated in the past such as the!ot requirements far Rl.M�zoning and the entire sign
code.
Richard Herr asked abaut caur anima!ordinance. Noel stated a property owner can have two pets,one
cat and one dag, or two cats ar two dags. Karen Courtney in Code Enforcement is updating the
enforcernent codes for the City to give more teeth in the ordinances for code vioiations.
There was discussion regarding the new interchange and the zoning baundaries.Noei stated the
department has the abiiity to have zoning bvundaries 1 mile fram City timits;as the city graws we can
expand the boundaries.Iudy mentioned a study that previaus planner lames Canigiia did that discusses
wY�at to expect when the new interchange is in p(ace. M[?T and the contractors will continue
constiuctian thraugh the winte�.

There was a question about the CNS plans. Noel discussed CHS�5 TCd�iS�}fl1`tiit0�1 Plclf3�tl{�qf��Vt'af the
oiher projects she is aware of.
Nael urged board members when driving to be aware of the gravel trucks that are being used for tt�e
interchange praject.
There was discussian regarding a future subdivision on Danfard and Yard Office, Noel stated she has had
a pre application with th�developer but nothing has been submitt�d.
Noel mentioned the High schooi would be going through a tand Use Contrary ta Zoning application at
tt�e City Council.
Noel said#here is a LURA rneeting on the 20t"of November and a Riverside Park Master Plan meeting on
the 27`h�There wax discussic�r►about the plan updates sa far�
Noei discussed a develnpmeni she has been prelicninarily working an on Juntper and E 8`n
MISCEILANEOUS:The next meeting is Qecember 7�h,2017
PUBLIC CC3MMENT ON NON-AGENpA TOPICS: There was no public wishing to speak,
Oan asked about his positian as Vice-Chair. Noel said tfiere are two open City seats availabie on the
board. Dan said he would sit as the Vice-chair until a new board tnember cauld fili that. Nael mentioned
that he was naminated because of his long standing time on the Planning Board.Dan asked when his
term expires. Noel said she would check.

school bond failedl.
AUJOURIVMENT: A motion to adjourn was made by Dan Koch and secanded t�y Lee Richardsan.The
mation passed. The meeting was adjourned at 11:05am.
