Debbie Ricci, Larry McCann, Ken Olson, Rick Musson
Discussion of maps. It was brought up that an accurate map of the area should be
provided to all participants. Larry McCann brought up the electricity problem and said
he would look into providing more electrical power for the participants.
Debbie Ricci reported that the Chamber activities went well. She was going to look into
providing music in the parade. Ken suggested talking to Barry Linn to help provide
music. Debbie also commented on community participation, suggesting volunteer help
for monitoring barricades, assisting with handicapped parking, etc. Ken said he would
talk to Jim Hunt for possible involvement with Key Club. Discussion on the Chamber
Run. All indications were that the event will grow.
Rick Musson reported on traffic problems. Discussion on how to alleviate these
problems. Early comact with the Sheriff's Dept. will help. Rick also brought up for
discussion permits for people to be in the park with vehicles.
Discussion on having t-shirts to identify volunteer helpers. Funding will be resolved at a
later time.
Next meeting - October 15, 1998 at 4:30 pm.
