C~trb Painting: The painting should be done every year i2 the paint is still
made available.
Soffett Repair: A contractor x.rlll be contacted to get sm'estimate of ~hat it ~ou!d
cost either for a partial or e~tire reoair program.
~ BUSI!~S:
Snow Removal: the ba~k of the comolex to be done when the front is done right after
City Hall is done.
Drainage: A rain gutter co~pany will be contacted to get an estimate of what it
will cost to alle%~iate the problem.
Heating ~intenance: We will be lookin~ for a better and cheaoer maintenance
contract as the cost of the current*~e~ to b~ excessive for %he service %~ are
getting. The current contract is with ~code Corporation of Billings, Montana.
Interrogation Room: discussion was had on the enlarging of the interrogation room
by talcing out a wall to the storage room which isn't needed, but this will be
delayed until after the vote on consolidation.
Oement Apron: Quite an amount of cement is in need of repair, but again we will
wait until the vote is taken on consolidation and then it will be considered.
