Your grant application, as listed above, was received by DNRC by the May 1St" 2008
deadline along with the required fee.
A cursory review of your application has been completed. The attached page will
indicate if the application was found to be complete or incomplete and what, if any,
information needs to be provided.
In the next few weeks a key project reviewer will be assigned to your application. ,This
reviewer will complete a more in-depth review of the application and will contact you to
confirm the application is complete or if there are any problems.
The key project reviewer will be responsible for coordinating the technical, financial,
economic and environmental review of your application. They may contact you at a
later date to obtain additional information in a section or sections of your application. It
is essential that you provide them any requested information or documentation in the
timeframe requested. Failure to provide the requested information in a timely manner.
could result in a lower ranking score.
Your application will under go a complete review and ranking this summer. After
Department review and ranking, the ranking list will be submitted to the Governor's
Office and finally the ranked reports will be compiled in the Governor's Budget Book for
submission to the 2009 Legislature. You will be notified in late November or early
December where your application ranked relative to the other applications submitted.
