Board Meeting Minutes
May 15th, 2008 -DJ's
"Buildin abetter communit and economic rowth throu h communication and business relations"
Meeting was held on May 15th, 200$ at DJ's Steak Palace. In attendance were: President Jared Kaiser,
Co-Vice Presidents Becky Dickerson and Gary Hodde, and Exec. Secretary Joanne Flynn; Directors: Linda
Prickle, Lumpy Cloud, Don Smarsh and Nancy Metzgar. Members, Bob O'Dea, Aletta, James Caniglia, and
Julie Johnson
Jared called the meeting to order and held a moment of silence. The minutes from the April 24th meeting
were presented for approval with 2 corrections. Gary made a motion to approve, seconded by Linda. All
approved. Joanne gave the current bank account balances with an attached copy of the reconciliation.
Bob made a motion to approve seconded by Linda, all approved. Jared asked for approval of the bills,
Linda made a motion to pay the bills as stated, seconded by Aletta. All approved.

Simper Nost -Joanne stated that information was sent out. Joanne said she would attempt to get to the
C-Stores and see if there was an interest in employees attending.
La a Broch e- IS HERE! Joanne brought some for the board and explained that there was a wrong
phone number which needed to be fixed. She will do labels and have the volunteers work on getting them
done.
Jul 4t" Comm ee: Set a date to meet on Tuesday, the 20th at the Chamber at 4:30 to go over
details.
Me bershi Drive -no new members to report.
Farmers Market - up to date on everything.
Networkina_ Program -Joanne stated that the carbon copied referral forms have been picked up and
given to Angie for the meetings. Next meeting is at the Crossings on May 21St at noon.

Joanne) and figure out details.

Main Street Ma a 'ne -- Joanne said we will get copies when they come out
Main Street Program Joanne stated that she had called Anaconda and did not get a positive response,
but one of hope for the future. She was told that there is no financial help included, only technical
assistance. James said that is something that can be put on a back burner for now but that we may want
to look at it in the future.
New Business
Ribbon C ttin s 2 Ribbon Cuttings scheduled! Thursday at 4:30 at Auto Tech Specialists in Billings.
And Friday at 4:30 at Big Dawg Daddy's.
