Meeting called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present ware Roy Zahm,Bob Western,Don Schlegelmilch, and Bill
firennan.
Tguests present were Craig Canfield and Randy Pfeifle.
Chairman Smith explained that we would be required to have a set agenda
for all meetings.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Bills were presented and approved.
We were served a court sununons from Don Crilly and Timothy Whalen(d.b.a.
EXENS,inc.?)concerning thei~ "ill treatment"in the old hangar area.
Craig Canfield reported the "obstruction analysis"is nearing completion and
submitted to F.A.A.OUr present I10:1 approach angle will have to be increased
to 30:1.Our new master plan Ires been approved by the F.A.A.We need to
apply for a Federal grant fo~ environmental assessment and right of way
acquisition.
Our Airport web page is now operational.
Discussed the I~eDuc hangar. Mr Poehls doesn't want to re side hangar as per
agreement bet paint it.We do not want his proposed "anchor cables".They
impose a tripping hazard and will prevent access between it and the structure
to the south.A fire truck could not get between them.
M~ Felt said he was misinfarmed by 1~ Poeltls and now wants to restore his
hangar.No action will be taken until we consult with our aliorney.
We discussed the possibility of paying our atterney to attend all our meetings
but will have to pay for it so will probably have to raise all leases.
Montana Motorcycle Safety Association asked pennisaion to use part of the
parking ramp far safety training.Don S.moved to ~ cl 6~}/ !~,Roy Z.seconded and J~
motion p~ssed.
Robert Burus sebmitted plal~s and asked fo~ permission t construct a IIX 12
room in his hangar for C.A.P.meetings. So moved by Roy Z.,seconded by Don
S.,motion ~ to approve.
Approved ROb Roods releasing his hangar.Motion by Bob W.,seconded by
Bill B Motionwas approved ~
It was brought up that all Airport minutes are posted on the bulletin board at
the Airport and that it has been designated as ottr official bulletin board.
Meeting adjourned at 1940.
