The Mutual Aid Agreement for the west side of the highway is not completed. It will be based on the same Mutual Aid Agreement that has been written for the City of Billings as per Fire Chief and EMS Chairman. Pat asked if the two agreements could be approved as a package and after approval if the agreements would be ongoing. He didn't feel there would be many changes at Cenex in the future. Terry said there is a review process for fire contract agreements once a year because of rising costs of fuel and etc. The Mutual Aid Agreements are also renewed. Pat Kimmet discussed the possibilities of an agreement between Cenex and City of Laurel regarding the use ora tower at the refinery in setting up a camera surveillance system for the city. The system would be set up for different areas of the city as the plants, parks, etc. and be monitored at the FAP. Rick said such a system would be beneficial to the city and he is still looking into it. Fire Hall Doug said there will be a fire hall presentation at the April 29th workshop. He stated there were two locations that are possibilities for a new fire hall. Other Jan mentioned she had a request to release the time when an ambulance call was received by dispatch and the time arrival was made to the scene. She wasn't sure if the information could be released and she was going to discuss it with Sam. The location was outside of the city limits and very close to the boundary that divides whether a call is made to Billings dispatch or Laurel dispatch. Respectfully submitted, Neva Hall Secretary
