Joe Leckie Don Hackmann Alan Hovious Ken Olson Cal Cumin Jim Stevens Andy Loebe Joe reported that the Martin property is cleaned up. Joe, in response to a question regarding manufactured housing, said that this is still on hold. Joe thanked the council for the opportunity to attend the MLCT conference in Helena, which included a two day workshop for city attorneys. Andy reported that the power should building at the shop in a couple of weeks. October 27-31. be in the new Clean up week is Jim commented that the fire prevention program was a success this year. There was a good attendance at the open house. Schools were visited again this year. Alan reported that "Jump For Jesus" went on without any problems. The computer upgrades were put in today. They are in the process of getting on the internet. He also reported on neighborhood watch, thefts, and other department activities. Bud also expressed his appreciation for attending the MLCT conference. He would like to set up an informational meeting with one of the exibitors that was at that meeting regarding a document storage system. He would like this done at the next pre-council meeting or some other time in the near future. Discussion regarding the dump(container site) hours. Dirk also appreciated the opportunity to attend the MLCT conference. He brought back three books covering several different topics. The conference will be at West Yellowstone next year. Donna reported that the "Jump For Jesus" went well. She thanked the fire department, reserves, and public works for all the work they did in helping them have a successful event. Gay reported that the contractor did a real good job with the sidewalk CTEP project done recentlF. Bill said that there are still some weeds that need te be cleaned up. Chuck also appreciated the opportunity to attend the MLCT meeting in Helena. Chuck would like to meet with the personnel committee tonight after the council meeting.
