Discussion regarding an alley cleanup during the "Bright and
Beautiful" campaign in May.
Gary reported that there will be a Ward I meeting sometime
in late April.
Bill Staudinger reported that the annual Glad Bag-a-Thon
will be held on Saturday, April 25th. The month of May will
be the "Bright and Beautiful" cleanup for the entire City of
Laurel.
Larry reported on a water line replacement project on West
1st Street that will take place in the near future.
Jim mentioned that the fire department has added one more
man, which brings the force up to 35.
Alan reported on the March police department activities. He
mentioned that the Police Committee will discuss preparing
an ordinance to establish and set up a policy for parades.
