Dear Mayor Olson and Mr. & Mrs. Olson:
This letter is to advise you that, effective January 11, 2008, it was decided to dissolve
the corporation known as Montana Hydro Electric, Inc. As you know, this decision
comes after years of hard work by Mr. Feekin and hours devoted to the project by many
others.
We wanted to let you kn~w of this deCision, and thank you for giving us your support in
our search for a viable energy alternative. We all still agree that Mr. Feekin's idea to
use water power to create electricity is a great idea; however, the many hurdles we
encountered have just become too much for our small corporation at this time.
