Date: January 3, 2008
Enclosed please find a copy of the application guidelines and forms for the Reclamation
and Development Grants Program (RDGP). The deadline for application submittal is
May 15~ 2008. The RDGP funds a wide variety of natural resource projects up to a maximum of
$300,000 per project. Please take the time to review this booklet and determine if the grant
program can be of assistance in your planning and development efforts. If you are not a public
entity, keep in mind that many local governments, conservation districts, state agencies, and
other political subdivisions of state government are often willing to sponsor worthwhile projects.
If you applied for funding in the past and were not funded, we encourage you to resubmit this
upcoming cycle.
