Aaron Christianson opened the meeting—thanking everyone for making it through the
snowstorm. Due to the weather, Fran, Matt, Dale and Aaron will meet next Thursday and mark
up the Murray Park map with the tree locations, parking, vendors, food, and ceremony.
• Fundraising
LuAnne and Aaron have developed a donation letter. We have positive responses from
Western Security Bank and Yellowstone Bank. LuAnne is talking to First Interstate
River Ridge may also be interested. Several other businesses are being contacted.
• T-shirts/wrist bands
Wrist bands was an idea of Dale's, to be handed out to students before the event (raise
excitement) We can get 300 bands for under$100 with Laurel Arbor Day 2017 printed
LuAnne is collecting t-shirt sizes from vendors and volunteers
All$200 contributors will be on the back of the shirt
