Dear Norm:
I have been in touch with Jolene Rieck of Peaks to Plains Design .concerning the
development of a master plan for the Laurel Cemetery. Interstate Engineering, in
association with Peaks to Plains Design, will prepare the Laurel Master Plan for a lump
sum fee of $8,400.00. ,Service to be provided under this master plan would be similar to
those that we are providing for Yellowstone County for the Yellowstone County
Veteran's Cemetery. The proposal would include preparation of maps anti displays for
a public meeting along with a written master plan document that would contain long
range plans for irrigation and development of the cemetery.
If you and the Council find this proposal satisfactory, please send us a letter and we will
prepare an amendment to our original agreement with the City of Laurel and proceed
with the work as soon as possible.
