Todd Linder, City Rep. Dan Koch, City Rep. David Oberly, County Rep. Others present: James Caniglia, City Planner Cheryll Lund, Secretary There was not a quorum present for this meeting. Chairman Shay stated that Richard Fritzler applied for the open County Representative and the County Commissioners want a recommendation from the board. The board n^a~ously requested that Richard Fritzler be appointed. Proposed Urban Renewal Plan and TIFD -Steve Zeiler Steve Zeier from Big Sky Economic Development spoke regarding Urban renewal, the Growth Management Plan, the proposed TIFD and the Planning Boards role in the recommendation ofthe TIFD. Due to the lack of a quorum a recommendation from the board to the City Council, regarding the TIFD could not be done. There was discussion by the board regarding holding a special meeting. Steve Zeier will ask the City Attorney Sam Painter if a special meeting would be necessary. James Canigilia, City Planner brought up several issues that he would like to see the board discuss in the near future. Those items are: o Allowing for building heights up to 45 feet in the Community Commercial zone. o Annexation of Schessler Park which is a small strip of land located by the new Laurel Middle School o Consider adopting Form Base Codes in the Central Business District. He asked the board to give him feedback on these issues at the December meeting. The meeting ended at 8:00 pm Respectfully submitted, Cheryll Lund, Secretary
