R17-02 Resolution of annexation and approval of zone change for Lots 19-25, Nutting Brothers Subdivision, 3`d Filing, to the City of Laurel, Yellowstone County, Montana. (Motion failed 2-6) R17-03 A resolution of the City Council authorizing the Mayor to sign a Lease Agreement with Yellowstone County to provide a location and site for the City's Public Safety Communication equipment. R17-04 A resolution of the City Council adopting the Laurel Transportation System Coordination Plan. R17-05 A resolution of the City Council to amend the Large Grant Request Program pursuant to the recommendation of the Laurel Urban Renewal Agency. R17-15 A resolution of the City Council approving an application for Special Review submitted on behalf of Town and Country Supply. R17-16 A resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with CIP Construction Technologies, Inc. for manhole rehabilitation services within the City of Laurel. R17-17 A resolution authorizing the purchase of an air compressor and related equipment for the Laurel Volunteer Fire Department. R17-18 A resolution approving the attached Task Order No.39 authorizing Great West Engineering to prepare an update of the 2011 Water and Sewer Rate Study and to make necessary recommendations for the City's existing water rate structure. R17-19 A resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an Engagement Letter with Dorsey & Whitney, LLP as Bond Counsel for Special Improvement District No. 118. R17-20 Resolution relating to Special Improvement District No. 118; creating the district for the purpose of undertaking certain local improvements and financing the costs thereof and incidental thereto through the issuance of special improvement district bonds secured by a district reserve account and the city's special improvement district revolving fund; and establishing compliance with reimbursement bond regulations under the Internal Revenue Code. R17-21 A resolution accepting the bid from CMG Construction, LLC and authorizing the Mayor to sign all related documents for the South Washington Avenue and SE 4th Street Project, City of Laurel, Montana. R17-22 A resolution of the City Council granting a variance from the City's zoning ordinance to allow a medical marijuana dispensary business at 204 South Washington Avenue, Unit A- 1, a property currently zoned Highway Commercial under the Laurel Municipal Code. (Motion failed 2-5) R17-23 A resolution authorizing a contract with Everbridge Nixle for the provision of the City's Reverse 911 and related services. R17-24 A resolution of the City Council authorizing the Mayor to sign renewal agreements with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana and VSP for the provision of the employee health insurance program. (Special meeting June 13, 2017) R17-25 A resolution of the City Council resetting its July 41h regular council meeting to July 51h in order to avoid conflicts with events and festivities planned for the July 4' celebration.
