Meeting called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were Bill Brenmm and Roy Zahm.
Guests present me listed separately.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Bills were presented and approved.
We found someone to install the doors we porehesed. Sort of.
The 1947 Ford tractor is out of service with a hole in the differential housing. We will try
to purchase a new,more powerful unit and sell the Ford.
Fuel sales for the last year were,Northern Skies-71,986 gallons,and S.O.M.E.-68,010
gallons of which 47,500 gallons were purchased by Rocky.
Market value for all hangars on the Airport is $1,423,260.00.
Craig Canfield on runway repair and painting of 22/4 and taxiways.New taxiway signs
will be installed next week. Dedicated power line to A.W.O.S.nextNo runway closure. An
"obstruction survey"for L~P.V.approach will be eondueted. A Cultural Resource
Inventory[secC 106]study has stated that the buildings in the "old hangar"area are NOT
considered historical structures.
We discussed vthe difference between "old'end'uew"hangar areas~It has been public
information since 1985 that the"old"area was to be phased out.
As a counter proposal to Poehls proposals Chairman Smith made the following
motion. Grant 10 ye~ leases providing han~ar owners meet the following eriteria. At the
end of the 10 years the hangars will be considered to have no value and will be removed
or demolished. By January 1,2008 they must have a s/xuemml inspection by a qnalified
engineer to be submitted to Authority. Ail renovations,repalrs,mnst comply with
applicable buiJdlng~fire,and ¢leffffigal cod~.A State bllildillg permit is required. All work
must be completed by January 1,2009~dl past lease fees and electrical charges must be
paid up to date. Each hangar will have its own electrical service.Non-compliance will
result in loss of lease and removal of said hangar2dotion seconded by 7~hmPassed

Nelson hangar. Passed.

Letters will be sent to "old'hangar owners outlining what they must do to comply.
Aero Coatings[powder coefing of aircraft parts] is now doing business in the Metz
building vacated by Rocky.
Discussed new hangar rilles with Redding agailr 10'spacing,concrete floor, any door as
long as it doesn't extend beyond ends of Imilding,earth tone colors,etc. State fire
code?Poehls wants to plant a tree in the park with a plaque to honor John
Pierce.Approved.
Felke will tear down the Nelson hangar.
