Dear Mayor Olsen and City Councilmen,
My name is Jodi Hoppel. I am the co-director of Making a
Difference, a children's nonprofit organization based here in Laurel. We are
once again organizing the Laurel Oktoberfest. The location for this event
will be at Millers Horse Palace. The date for the Laurel Oktoberfest will be
September 21~ - 23~, 2007. We would like to invite you to be a part of the
Oktoberfest by helping us tap the keg on Friday night. The '°lapping of the
keg" ceremony will be at 7:00 p.m. Friday the 21~ of September. Enclosed
at the end of my letter is my contact information in case there may be any
