There was no public input.
Dog Ordinance: Presentation by Monty and Terri Cherry:
Monty and Terri Cherry did not attend the meeting and there was no discussion on the
dog ordinance.
Other items:
Mutual Aid Agreements
The old agreements need to be renewed until they are renegotiated.
Council approved the mutual aid agreement with the City of Billings.

Siren
The siren is broken, and there is no need to fix it. There are electrical issues in city hall.
Street parties and police security
Chief Musson brought up this issue because there is a policy, but party planners are
asking to waive the requirement to have two officers at events. This should be put on a
workshop forum to discuss if a change is needed to the policy. This item will be
discussed at the next Emergency Services Committee meeting.
