Meetin~g called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were Roy Zahm~Bob Western,Bob Weins,and Bill Brennan.
Guests listed separately.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Bills were presented and approved.
Doug PoeMs made a presentation on behalf of hangar owners in the "old area".They want
20 year leases,non compliance with building codes,and threaten to sue us if we don't
comply.
Craig Canfield opened bids on pavement and electrical projects.They will be Checked by
Craig and submitted to the F.A.A.for approval.
John Smith reported on proposed minimum standslxt8 for new hangar conslmction. They
must be all metal covered,colors are to be the same, 10 foot apaeing,any doors may be
used as long as they do not extend beyond building width. Doom are not required but if
not installed a full eone~te floor is required. Must be open to inspection upon 24 hours
notice and must be used PRIMARILY for FLYABLE aircraft.
We may have to have an annual readjustment on lease prices based on the consumer price
index. This is thc only way to raise income to pay for Airport services which are rising in
cost. More tax money is NOT available f~om the City.
