November 8, 2016
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, was held in the
Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor Mark Mace at 6:30 p.m. on November 8, 2016.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Doug Poehls
Richard Herr
_ Scot Stokes Chuck Dickerson
Tom Nelson Bill Mountsier
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Emelie Eaton
Bruce McGee
OTHER STAFF PRESENT: Heidi Jensen, CAO
Kurt Markegard, Public Works Director
Tim Reiter, Utilities Superintendent
SCHEDULED MATTER:
• Resolution No. R16-108: A resolution of the City Council authorizing the Mayor to sign
a contract with Curb Box Specialists Inc. for EZ valve installation.
Motion by Council Member Poehls to approve Resolution No. R16-108, seconded by
Council Member Nelson. There was no public input or council discussion. A vote was taken on the
motion. All six council members present voted aye. Motion carried 6-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
Motion by Council Member Poehls to adjourn the council meeting, seconded by Council
--- Member Dickerson. There was no public comment or council discussion. A vote was taken on the
motion. All six council members present voted aye. Motion carried 6-0.
There being no further business to come before the council at this time, the meeting was adjourned at
6:33 p.m.
