SPECIAL MEETING, FARM GROUND LEASE
Meeting called to order @ 19:00hours by Chairman John Smith
Members present were John Smith, Randy Hand, Rob Engh, Kyle Albers
Bids opened in presence of board members, three year lease for 128.1 acres of farm land.

$30.00 per acre, or$3,843.00 per year
Stacy Fox

Laurel, MT, 59044
$ 11.71 per acre, or$ 1,500.00 per year
Rob Engh made motion, seconded by Kyle Albers, that board accept lease terms of
Randy Reiter. Passed by unanimous vote.
We will pass along results etc. to Craig Canfield, for contract preparation. Special meeting
made to allow planting or preparation this fall.
