Dear Mayor Olson:
The Yellowstone Valley YMCA provides a variety of programs for both the young and the
young at heart. New programs are introduced, seasonal, through out the year. Our YMCA
programs attract many from the surrounding communities and continue to provide opportunities
unavailable in the area.
The YMCA mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build
healthy spirit, mind and body for all. With this said the Yellowstone Valley YMCA turns no
one away no matter their ability to pay. This past year so far the Yellowstone Valley YMCA
has provided over $26,000 in financial assistance for families in our surrounding communities.
We are requesting your support for our upcoming Healthy Kids, Strong Kids Dinner Auction
and Fundraiser. This year's event is scheduled for Saturday, May 5~ at DJ's Steak and Palace.
Our theme is "Diamonds to Denim." A special recognition will be given to all sponsors,
volunteers, and coaches. We will have a catered sit down meal, live music on the main floor, a
no host bar, as well as silent and live auctious available for bidding.
Your commitment to Yellowstone Valley YMCA and its healthy kids, strong kids campaign is
always appreciated.
The cost to each Sponsor is $300.00. Included is sponsorship recognition with advertising, 10
tickets to attend the dinner, auction, and dance. We will provide you space to hang your
company banner at the event.
