2006 Wastewater System Improvements Project
Invoice #2998
Dear Mayor and Council:
Please find enclosed an invoice for grant administration work completed from February
16 through March 31, 2007. The invoice amounts to $1,709.20 and is the first invoice as
Great West Engineering. Please note that payments should be submitted to the Helena
office at PO Box 4817, Helena, MT 59604.
The work has included continued reporting and correspondence with the grant/loan
funding agencies as well as labor comphance review. Time on the project has also
included attendance at the final walkthrough. The project is now considered
substantially complete and final completion is anticipated in May (after the asphalt
plants start).
