COUNCIL CHAMBERS MEMBERS PRESENT: OTHERS PRESENT: Gerald Shay, Member at Large Miles Walton, City Rep. Clarence Foos, County Rep. Donna Kilpatrick, City Rep. Kurt Baltrusch, County Rep. Bob Dantic, City Rep. Cai Cumin, City Planner Dan McGee Kathy Ellestad Motion by Miles Walton, seconded by Donna Kilpatrick, to approve the minutes of the June meeting. Motion carried 6-0. Motion by Miles Walton, seconded by Donna Kilpatrick, to approve the $200 administrative services bill for July, 1997. Motion carried Home Occupations: Kathy Ellestad, 505 4th Avenue, has applied to run day care out of her home. She has 12 kids, 4 of which are her own. Her operating hours at from 7:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. Cai recommends approval. Motion by Miles Walton, seconded by Bob Dantic, to recommend approval of Kathy Ellestad day care at 505 4th Avenue. Motion carried 6-- 0. /2a~yon Creek Station Subdivision Dan McGee was present representing the owners of Canyon Creek Station Subdivision plat. Cal recommends approval subject to the deletion of "County" signature blocks. Motion by Donna Kilpatrick, seconded by Miles Walton, to recommend approval. Motion carried 6--0. Motion by Bob Dantic, seconded by Clarence Foos, to move the date of the August Planning Board meeting to August 21st. Motion carried 6-0.
