Re: Stormwater PER

Dear Mayor and Council Members,
The enclosed invoice of $10,367.00 represents work completed on behalf of the City by ME&A
on the Stormwater PER since the last invoice through February 2, 2007.
At this time, the draft PER has been completed and submitted to the City for review and
comment. The PER can be finalized once comments are received and the public hearing is
conducted, which is scheduled for February 20, 2007.
A copy of the draft PER was also submitted to TSEP, and TSEP has authorized the payment of
funds for the PER.
