Laurel Urban Renewal Agency (LURA)
August 22nd, 2016, Laurel Public Library meeting room
Meeting was called to order by Judy Goldsby. Roll call/Attendance: Quorum of voting members present:
Mardie Spalinger, Dean Rankin. Advisory board members: Janice Lehman, Linda Fricke) and Steve Solberg.
City Council: Rick Herr. City Staff: Noel Eaton. Big Sky EDA: Katy Easton
Introductions: Brent Rainier from Altana CU
Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting: Dean made the motion and Mardie seconded.
Old Business:
a. Flock Hawking - Bid from Skyline for the underpass.
New Business:
a. Brent from Altana CU gave a presentation of their grant money from LURA.
Reports:
a. City Administration: None.
b. City Planner: Traffic issues on SE 4th.
c. City Treasurer: None.
d. Big Sky EDA: Zoning changes, Convention Center, Air traffic and Heights Interchange.
Public Comment on Non Agenda Topics: None.
Next Meeting: September 19th, 2016 at 11:00 in the Library.
Adjournment: Mardie made the motion and Dean seconded.
