Thanks to all of you for your continuing support of the goals of the Beartooth RC&D
Area, Inc. I have enclosed the invoice for the sponsorship dues for 2007.
We are looking forward to 2007 and the exciting possibilities that are available for our
program. We have made many changes in our office staff and structure this past year and
we are excited for the start of a new productive year! Your participation and support are
vital in utilizing these opportunities for our region. Marvin Carter is currently your
representative and is a valued member of our Board of Directors. If that representation
