RE: Closeout Process for 2003 City of Laurel HOME Grant
Dear Mayor Olson,
Congratulations to the City of Laurel on the successful completion of its 2003 HOME funded
homebuyer assistance program!
Before I may conditionally close out the 2003 HOME grant, please complete and return pages 1
and 2 of the enclosed forms, along with copies of the audits performed during the period in
which grant funds were drawn (the first draw on the grant was approved by the HOME Program
on July 8, 2004). Electronic versions of audits are acceptable if available.
When you receive the final audit for this project (covering the last draw for this grant), please
forward a copy of the audit plus a Final Closeout Certification (page 3 of the enclosed forms). At
that time, we will do a final closeout on the 2003 grant.
Please note that our records show $29,183 was disbursed by the HOME program in FYY04,
$187,550 in FFY05, $61,178 in FFY06, and $2089 in FFY07.
