Meeting called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were Bob Wdm,Bob Western,Roy Z~hm:and Bill Brennan
Guests present me lismt separately.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Bills were presented as approved.
We withdrew the l~tter sent to hangar owners eoneeaxfing hangar use.According to the
latest from the F.A.A.,hangam must be used PRIMARILY but not exclusively for aircraft '
storage. Aircraft must be present.
Most of the h~n~r leases ate for 20 yea~s except for the "old hangar "area whe~ they are
for 1 year only. Some of the leasers want longer leases in the "old"aremIt was suggested
that the owners ~ together and immmt a propusal tothe Authoiity.
Explained to a new hangar owner that the charge for gas line/s a one time assessment.
Craig Canfield reported mst ow next project is crack repair~mling, and painting on
runway and taxiways[F.A.A, project].The F ~4.A.would like us to install a~"
L.P.V.approaeh on runway 22 J.,oe~li~ ~ppro~eh with v~ficafl guidam:e,.
We ar~ still collecting wind data for the Masmr Plan.
The A.W.O.S. is NOT worldng cco~'tly. We may have to shut it off unO1 they can replace
the whole unit.
