Meeting called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were Roy Zahm,Bob Western,and Bill Brennan.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Bills were presented and approved.
Read and discussed a letter to be sent to all hangar owners concerning non
compliant(non aviation)use of hangars.
Don Criliy questioned why his hangar lease has not been renewed. The hangar is not
being used for aviation purposes and is surrounded by scrap lumber.
Kent Potter proposed a plan to set up a schedule for personeli to respond to calls
from the F.A~. concerning E.L.T. activation in our area. The offendin~ nnits need
to be located and disabled. We would need an up to date list of hangar owners and
current phone numbers. Pending.
The A.W.O.S. has been repaired and updated.
The lower gate is being left unlocked.
