Meeting bcalled to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were Roy Zahm,Bob Weins,Bill Brannan, and Bob Weatem.
Guests present were Randy Pfeiffie and Don ??.
Minnt~s of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Bills were presented and appmved.
Discuswsod the new "super A.W.O.S."duo to go on line soon. The new Unicom frequency will be 123.05
Frank Felke has sold his business"Big Sky Aircraft'.New owners are unlmown but assume the business will
continue az it has in the past. Frank will stay on for a year as an advisor. It was moved by Western,seconded
by Weins to authorize Chaimaan to Wansfer the necessary leases. Motion passed.
Received paperwork for application for State funds for future consWaction.
Discussed web site.Needs updating.

Motion made by Western, seconded by Brennan,to present a plaque to FRANK felke to express our
appreciation fi~r all his services to tho Ah'port. Motion passed.
