Meeting brought to order @ 19:00 hours by John Smith
Members present: John Smith, Randy Hand
No Quorum was present,general discussion of the following items,with no official positions taken.
All listed expenses were either recurring and maintenance, or had been approved by board during prior
meetings/
AWOS bid,was submitted and as it was approved prior to this meeting, permission was given to proceed with
contract issuance. Project was within budget projections.
Discussed Army National guard potential lease, and how that would affect both finances and GA activity at
the airport.
Discussed letter of 6-23-16 and indicated to KU that their revised budget projections for the Runway 14-32
design appeared to be within reasonable allowances and that they should proceed, as full board is for the
project from prior discussions.
