ORDIiNANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.68.100 OF
THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE,
AMENDING THE JUDGE'S SALARY.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Laurel, Montana, that
Section 2.68.100 of the Laurel Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
City Judge- Salary.
The annual salary of the city judge shall be tv.'~ty five twenty-seven thousand
five one hundred eighty-five dollars, paid on the regularly established paydays of the
City, and shall receive a fringe benefit of the regular group health coverage supplied to
city employees, retroactive to July 1, 2006.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days aRer final passage by the
City Council and approved by the Mayor.
Introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on
September 19 ,2006, byAlderperson Easton
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second reading this
8th day of November , 2005, upon motion of Alderperson
