Re; Stormwater PER .......................
Dear Mayor and Council Members,
The enclosed invoice of $15,611.38 represents work completed on behalf of the City by ME&A
on the Stormwater PER since the last invoice through October 27, 2006.
Tasks reflected by the invoice includes: meeting with City personnel to complete an extensive
field inventory of existing storm sewer infrastmcture; continued coordination with the
Yellowstone County GIS Department to facilitate the sharing of information on the stormwater
system; reviewing existing data and studies regarding the area irrigation ditches and stormwater
concerns; and preliminary stormwater modeling and compilation of the PER itself.
