CALL TO ORDER: President Siegrist called the meeting to order at 11:00 am.
ROLL CALL: Members present were Koch,Goldsby, Richardson, Klein and Siegrist.
NEW BUSINESS: Zone Change—AlIwin—continued from the meeting on June 2,2016(no quorum).
This is a continuation of the public hearing for the zone change application for Dennis and Gloria Allwin
Requesting a zone change from Residential Tracts to Highway Commercial. The property is location
along Highway 10 West and Golf Course Road.
President Siegrist asked three (3)times if there were any proponents wishing to speak in favor of the
application. There were none.
President Siegrist asked three (3)times if there were any opponents wishing to speak against the
application. There were none.
A motion was made by Hazel Klein to approve the zone change from Residential Tracts to Highway
Commercial with the staff findings. The motion was carried by a vote of 5-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:05 am.
