Meeting brought to order @ 19:00 hours by John Smith
Members present: John Smith, Randy Hand, Kyle Albers
Approved minutes of previous meeting
Approved aaims, normal items plus the following non-recurring items, Approved one time items from KU for
engineering and surveying services.Approved maintenance for both small and large snowplows.
Reports:
1. Airport Affected Area,city planners will meet with Craig Canfield to go over affected area.
2. Craig will check on the AWOS for funding as part of the upcoming project.
3. Snow plowing seems to be arranged for the winter for manpower to remove snow.
Old Business:
1. Discussed ways of generating additional revenue to pay for upcoming potential projects.
New Business:
1. No meeting scheduled for December.
2. Need to find another board member to serve,We are short one position.
